dieting secretly or 'publicly' are both okay! at least you're doing something about your weight! And, it IS ok to eat! You just have to be careful how much you eat and most importantly WHAT you eat. And also working out is ESSENTIAL! Look for thinks with little or no calories and fat! good luck!
